We here at Luxury Hair Company are dedicated to our customer’s satisfaction.
Please ensure that you thoroughly inspect your hair prior to using and installing your gorgeous tresses.
We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best virgin hair. Therefore, there are NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS. For exchanges, the items must be mailed in its original condition with an invoice and return code. You MUST contact L.H.C for your return code, by emailing us at [email protected]
Any item that has been altered chemically or physically no longer qualifies for an exchange. These alterations may include and are not restricted to coloring, perming, bleaching, cutting, blow drying, washing, brushing, and combing. The item or items being exchanged must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be included.
Items meeting the above conditions may be exchanged within 7 days of the original receipt.
